The eventful month of April ended with an international presence, as HKSYU participated in two international education fairs in Asia, showcasing its academic programmes and attracting students from different parts of the continent.
Grace Li from Department of Sociology was one of the six award recipents in the Sir Edward Youde Memorial Scholarships while Sui Sum Lin from Department of Counselling and Psychology received award in Link University Scholarship.
Our HKSYU Business Administration in Digital Marketing year 4 student, Travis, won a total of HK$200,000 seed fund in the "HK Tech 300" which aspires entrepreneurs from tertiary institutes to launch start-up. He also received Provista Innovation Award as recognition.

A seminar about how local chronicles in China is organised by Department of History, Loke Kok Kuen Chinese Cultural Legacy Research Trust and Centre for Research and Teaching in Chinese History in providing new vision of research study in history of Hong Kong.
