Applicants should submit their application in person together with the supporting documents to Admissions Office:
1. A completed application form with a photo securely attached; and
2. HKID card (both original and copy); and
3. A non-refundable application fee of HK$200; and
4. Submission of proof of academic qualification as follows:

Remarks
a) Application, supporting documents and fee submitted will not be returned.
b) Applicants should fulfill the above minimum entry requirements and pass in any assessment(e.g. written test, interview) as required by the programme. Applicants who satisfy the minimum entry requirements are not guaranteed to be admitted due to the different number of applicants , applicants’ academic performance, and approved admission quotas, etc. each year.
