Applicants should submit their application in person together with the supporting documents to Admissions Office application portal:
1. A completed application form with a photo securely attached; and
2. HKID card (both original and copy); and
3. Non-refundable application fee: Local applicants: HKD250
    Non-local applicants: HKD650; and
4. Submission of proof of academic qualification as follows:

HKDSE Applicants
  • - Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination Result Notice (in both original and copy);
  • - Secondary School reports in Form 4 – 6 (both original and copy).
Sub-degree Applicants
  • - Transcript of Associate Degree / Higher Diploma (both original and copy); and
  • - An official letter of completion (both original and copy) - for Direct Year-two Entry applicants only;
  • - Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination Result Notice (in both original and copy), if applicable;
  • - Secondary School reports in Form 4 – 6 (both original and copy), if applicable.
GCE Applicants
  • - General Certificate of Education A-Level/ AS-Level Examination results (in both original and copy, if applicable); and;
  • - High school grade reports in both original and copy.
IB Applicants
  • - International Baccalaureate Examination results (in both original and copy, if applicable); and;
  • - High school grade reports in both original and copy.
JEE (GaoKao) Applicants
  • - JEE(Gaokao) Examination results (in both original and copy, if applicable);
  • - High school grade reports in both original and copy.
Mature Students School academic results and certificates, public examination results, recommendation letter (wherever applicable)
Other Qualifications School academic results and certificates, public examination results, recommendation letter (wherever applicable)

Remarks
a) Application, supporting documents submitted will not be returned.
b) Applicants should fulfill the above minimum entry requirements and pass in any assessment(e.g. written test, interview) as required by the programme. Applicants who satisfy the minimum entry requirements are not guaranteed to be admitted due to the different number of applicants , applicants’ academic performance, and approved admission quotas, etc. each year.

c) All fees paid will not be refunded and tranferrable.

d) Applicants may be required to have their official transcripts and certificates sent directly from the issuing institutions/examination bodies to the University Admissions Office by a stipulated deadline. Any fees incurred for application and delivery of these documents must be borne by the applicants.
