In-person registration and tuition fee of first semester payment (July 20-21, students can choose either one day) at the campus If the admissions date is after July 21, please finish in-person on-campus resgistration within two days after admissions For details, please refer to the email notice sent by the University Documents required for registration: 1. HKSYU's acceptance letter 2. Copy of HKID 3. Associate Degree or Higher Diploma transcript with "graduation" wording and graduation certificate (if applicable) 4. Other application documents including application forms for any governmental tuition fee assistance scheme

2. NMTSS
Non-means-tested Subsidy Scheme for Self-financing Undergraduate Studies in Hong Kong (NMTSS) (For Local Students only)
Starting from the 2017/18 academic year, the Government provides a non-means-tested annual subsidy for eligible students pursuing full-time locally-accredited local and non-local self-financing undergraduate (including top-up degree) programmes in Hong Kong (save for those enrolled in places already supported under the Study Subsidy Scheme for Designated Professions/Sectors) offered by eligible institutions. All undergraduate programmes (excluding programme for BA/BSc (Honours) in Economics collaborated with University of Leicester, U.K.) offered by Hong Kong Shue Yan University are eligible for subsidy under the NMTSS. The following students are NOT eligible for subsidy:
Non-local students/Students holding a degree or above/Students pursuing publicly-funded degree or sub-degree programmes (e.g. University Grants Committee (UGC)-funded programmes, Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts (HKAPA)-funded programmes or subsidised places under the Subsidy Scheme for Designated Professions/Sectors (SSSDP)) are not eligible to apply for financial assistance.
3. HKSYU Prevention Measures
Anyone who enters the HKSYU campus must comply with the following prevention measures:
1. If you have symptoms of cold, fever, dry cough, dyspnea, etc., please stay at home and seek medical treatment if necessary. You can apply online, please click here for online application.
2. Please pay attention to personal hygiene when entering this University.
3. The university will provide alcohol sprays for people in the school to disinfect their hands.
4. The university will wipe the tables, chairs and equipment with bleach or alcohol spray.
4. Bad Weather Arrangement
In the event of severe weather during the application period, applicants please pay attention to the latest arrangements announced on HKSYU and UAO websites. The University also encourages applicants to use the online application portal to apply for the SYU undergraduate programmes.
